He is a well-known, highly-respected advocate before federal, state, local and international levels of government, as well as the media, with emphasis on the U.S. Congress and agencies with jurisdiction over aviation and transportation.

Hank Krakowski
Principal

Captain Krakowski previously served as the COO of the FAA's Air Traffic Organization, where he was responsible for all aspects of the U.S. air traffic control system — its operation and maintenance, financial performance, research and acquisition of new systems and equipment, and planning for the ATC system of the future. He also spent nearly 30 years at United Airlines in a variety of senior management positions, including VP Flight Operations, where he was responsible for flight operations, flight training and standards, technology and labor relations.

James P. Hughey
Senior Vice President

With deep understanding of the transportation and aerospace sectors, Jim brings a history of operational and financial expertise with roles ranging from consulting to venture capital. He supports clients in shaping corporate finance strategy and growing enterprise value while managing NEXA's investor relationships and deal sourcing.

Carter Brockman
Senior Analyst

As a Senior Analyst, Carter assists in deal analysis, investment structuring, and due diligence across the NEXA project pipeline. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in propulsion from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Sharon Mall
Aerospace Analyst

Sharon assists NEXA and its clients with gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing information and existing research for clients on markets, products, and services. She also participates in co-developing client reports and delivering presentations. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science from Columbia Union College.
